The Vendor Cost Sheet lists your in-stock jewelry with cost, retail, and margin — an internal working sheet for pricing reviews and vendor conversations. Because it shows cost, it requires the Vendor Cost Report permission.
Each row: stock #, vendor, style, description, quantity, cost (purchase price), retail (Price 1), margin $ (retail − cost), and margin % (color-coded: green ≥ 20%, amber under 20%, red if negative).
Filters
- Search — stock #, style number, or description text.
- Vendor — focus on one vendor (handy before a buy or a markdown discussion).
- Store — if you have access to more than one.
The footer totals cost, retail, and blended margin across the filtered list. Export to Excel/CSV or email it.
