Bulk Image Download lets you pull a batch of product photos out of JewelTrak in one ZIP — handy for sending images to a marketplace, a website developer, or back to a photographer.
How it works
- Search by keyword and narrow by type — All, Jewelry, Watches, or Stones. Results show a thumbnail and the image count per item.
- Select items from the results. Each selected item expands so you can see its individual photos.
- Pick images — by default every photo on a selected item is included; un-check any you don’t want. The main photo is flagged.
- Download — click Download and the selected photos come down as a single ZIP (
images-<timestamp>.zip). Each file is named<stockid>_<tag>so you can tell them apart.
Limits
- 200 images max per download — the button blocks above that; narrow your selection and run a second batch.
- A warning appears at 50+ images as a heads-up that it’s a large pull (slower to build and download).
Tips
- The running count at the bottom is total images, not items — a handful of items with several photos each adds up fast.
- Sending images to a website developer or marketplace? This is the clean way to do it — see also the Frooition CSV export when the destination wants data alongside the photos.
- Photos here are the same Cloudflare-hosted images shown on the item; downloading doesn’t alter or remove them.
