Settings → Features is your self-service switchboard for opt-in capabilities. These ship to every account but stay off by default so your day-to-day stays uncluttered — you turn on the ones you want.
How it works
Each row is one feature:
- Name + key — the friendly label and the internal key.
- Description — plain-English explanation of what turning it on does.
- Enabled / Disabled badge + a toggle.
Flip the toggle and it takes effect immediately for new page loads. A page you already had open may need a refresh to pick up the change.
Good to know
- Reversible — turning a feature off again is safe; it just hides the capability. Your data isn’t deleted.
- Per-account — a toggle here applies to your whole organization, not just your login.
- Not the same as admin-only features — some capabilities are gated at the JewelTrak admin level and won’t appear in this list. If something you expect isn’t here, it may be an admin-managed feature — reach out and we’ll enable it.
Tips
- Skim the descriptions periodically — new opt-in capabilities land here as they ship, so this page doubles as a “what’s new and optional” list.
- If a feature you just enabled doesn’t seem to show up, refresh the relevant page first before assuming it didn’t take.
