Stock Orders

One list of everything coming into stock — purchase orders from vendors and in-house production — where you track and receive them into inventory.

Stock Orders

Stock Orders is the single list of everything coming into your inventory — both purchase orders (buying styles from a vendor) and production orders (making your own designs). Use the type filter (All / Purchase / Production) to narrow it; most shops live on one side or the other.

Each row opens its own detail page, which keeps its native flow:

  • Purchase order → receive the shipment line by line; received units become inventory.
  • Production order → track build stages and close it out; finished pieces become inventory.

Creating an order

  • From the Style Catalog (fastest): tick one or more styles, then Reorder (vendor styles → a purchase order) or Reproduce (your own designs → production). See Style Catalog.
  • One-off purchase: click + New Purchase Order here, then add lines — including items not saved in your catalog.

Whichever way a piece is made, it carries its style number so you can always trace it back to the design.
