The Audit Log report under Reports is a searchable record of significant changes across the system — every tracked create, update, delete, and key action, with the user, timestamp, table, record, and a short note. Use it to answer “who changed this price?” or to review activity for compliance.
Because it exposes everyone’s activity, it’s restricted to administrators (users who can manage team members).

- Date range — defaults to the last 7 days.

To stay responsive the report shows the most recent 2,000 matching entries; if you hit that cap, tighten the date range or filters. Export to Excel/CSV or email it.
