The Colored Stone Price List under Reports lists your colored gemstone inventory with pricing — the colored-stone equivalent of the Diamond Price List. Use it as a quick reference at the counter, a sheet to send a colleague, or a stock pull list.
What’s included
Loose colored stones currently in stock (diamonds and pearls are excluded — those have their own lists). On-memo stones are included by default; uncheck Include on-memo to show only what’s physically in the case.
Each row shows: stock #, type/species, color, variety, geographic origin, carat weight, $/ct, total (uses the stored total, or $/ct × weight when only a per-carat price is set), and lab.
Filters
- Search — a stock number (prefix) or any text (type, color, variety, origin, notes).
- Type and Color — narrow to one species or color.
- Origin — All / Natural / Lab-grown.
- Carat range — min and/or max.
- Store — if you have access to more than one.
Export
Export to Excel or CSV, or email it, like any report. The footer totals carat weight and value across the filtered list.
